Airfare Reservations
If you, the customer, use this site to purchase an airline ticket, some
specific terms and disclaimers regarding that purchase will be displayed
on the reservation form. When you make the reservation, you will be asked
to agree to those rules and/or terms of the ticket. Please read the rules
and/or terms of the specific ticket. If, after reading the terms and disclaimers,
you do not agree to those rules or terms, you will not be able to purchase
the airline ticket. A service fee of $10 (USD) per ticket may be applied
to your reservation. Additionally, a Cancellation or Change Fee may apply
after the reservation is made (depend upon the terms of the ticket).
Hotel Reservations
Payment in Advance is required for any hotel reservation.
If you, the customer, use this site to make Special Internet Rate hotel reservation,
payment in full in advance may be required.
Cancellation/Change Fee
Reservations of our "Internet Rates" or "Special Internet Rates" will
apply a cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of cancellation. If the
cancellation is outside of the time allotted, the charge of one night’s
stay will be applied to your reservation, account, credit card. Please read
the specific cancellation policy provided for each property on the site and
in any emails regarding your reservation.
If a cancellation is made in less than the time allowed in
the stated cancellation policy on the site and in the email
confirmation you receive, a full night's stay may be charged
to the cardholder. Such a charge could be applied for any hotel

Car Reservations

card is required to hold the reservation, but will not be charged at the
time the reservation is made. Rules for car rentals vary from car to car

you pick-up or drop-off the vehicle. Cancellation and/or Change of any reservation

Cruise Reservations

and terms of the reservations. Cancellation and/or Change of any reservation
will subject to the terms of each cruise reservation agreement. Fee may be

be responsible for any other wrongdoing of a Travel Supplier (including any
liability in tort), as to any products and/or services available through this
Site. No Covered Party shall be responsible for any Travel Supplier's failure

applicable federal, state and local law.
